Do you provide samples?

We provide samples of our suction cups free of charge. Our free samples are shipped via UPS Ground. If the customer request Express service, they must provide their UPS or Federal Express account number. International sample orders must be prepaid via credit card.

What is your minimum order?

Minimum order on our suction cup line is 100 pieces. All orders under $80.00 must be prepaid by either credit card, company check, or will be sent C.O.D (Cash or Check on delivery). We will not accept returns on orders under $80.00.

           
What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are 1% 10 days, net 30 days upon credit approval. Purchase order numbers are requested. To establish credit, please provide the following: Bank reference and 3 current supplier’s informations. We also accept: Company check, Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, And American Express) C.O.D and Wire transfer. All international orders must be prepaid via Wire Transfer or Credit Cards.

 Freight & delivery.

All orders are shipped F.O.B our plant. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Freight charges will be added to the invoice unless the customer provides us with specific shipping instruction and their account number.

What is your policy on Damaged or Short?

Please report any damaged or shortages within 24 hours of receipt.

Do you do Drop Shipment or Blind Drop Shipment?

Drop shipment and Blind Drop Shipment is available by customer request.

What is your return policy?

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receiving the shipment. There is a 25% restocking charge on the value of the return goods. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred for the returned merchandise.
